Photographer Comments: I really like this picture of the Georgetown tower and boathouse framed by the large arch at the base of the Key Bridge. I remember that it took me a long time to fiddle with my the head of my tripod to position the camera vertically exactly the way I wanted it. It was also really hot and humid that day, I was sweating profusely and I remember becoming agitated with myself because of my perceived need to frame it perfectly.
Additionally, Jim thought of search phrases (i.e. terms) that a person who is actively seeking pictures on the Internet related to this particular topic might employ when performing his or her exploration including the words George Washington Parkway, Key Bridge, river, boathouse, georgetown university and Potomac River, so he included these on this details page as a service to himself and others who would like to download this royalty free photograph! |
