A Japanese monkey at Odawara Castle

A Japanese monkey at Odawara Castle

A close-up view of a Japanese monkey. This photograph was taken by Jim Epler at 11:32 PM on 5/16/2007 in Odawara, JPN at Odawara Castle. It is cataloged under the term animals in this photography database.

This image was recorded on digital media using a Canon Digital Rebel xTi camera with a Canon 70-200mm f/4 L lens stopped to f 4 and exposed at a speed of 1/1000 sec.

Photographer Comments: We saw these interesting (and stinky) monkeys while visiting the Odawara Castle in the city of Odawara, Japan.

Additionally, Jim thought of search phrases (i.e. terms) that a person who is actively seeking pictures on the Internet related to this particular topic might employ when performing his or her exploration including the words Japan, monkey, odawara castle and Japanese, so he included these on this details page as a service to himself and others who would like to download this royalty free photograph!
